Rob Durst - Managing Partner
Rob Durst has over twenty years experience identifying new business opportunities, inventing and developing the technologies and products required to monetize them, and building and managing the organizations necessary to effect their successful commercialization. During his career as a “serial intrapreneur” at range of public companies including Bell Laboratories, IBM, Pitney Bowes, Neomedia Technologies, and Digimarc, as well as subsequently as a private consultant, his employers and clients have repeatedly drawn upon his eclectic knowledge of technology, intellectual property and strategic business development to help them develop and protect products and IP assets that have proven key to the expansion and defense of their businesses.

In his capacity as both a senior line executive and consultant Rob has been responsible for all aspects of product and business development; from concept creation and development in R&D, through post launch support in business operations. Rob also has extensive experience with public company representation, the process of raising capital, and working with both internal and outside counsel to develop contracts, licensing agreements and intellectual property assets as well as with litigation related issues.

Rob is an honors graduate of Allegheny College and also holds a Masters degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Marie'Anne Colavito Durst - Managing Partner
Marie'Anne Colavito Durst has over 20 years experience in creating and implementing highly effective business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing and communications solutions for both US clients and international clients operating in the US market.

Her early work includes both television and print production on the "I Love New York" and "New York Loves You" campaigns, photographic process and print production for book trade publishers at a subsidiary of Olgivy & Mather in New York, and full responsibility for marketing, advertising and product management for both French and German technical companies establishing operations in the United States.

Since 1991 she has operated as an independent consultant where she has provided both new and established companies with a broad range of marcoms solutions including the development of corporate identity, advertising and marketing programs, trade show production and management and the production of award winning technical videos.

Marie'Anne is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany where she majored in both art and business with a focus on advertising.
